hmmm , i think we have a lot of room for discussion of family matters- Jake can have a very superficial drama drama with his parents, i think Nat can have another kinda drama, more like days of our lives, with her parents, and Dejengski can have the Edmund Hooper King of the Castle Drama with his parents. This way, all kinds of drama will be considered within our story.
Now, since we know the three of them are contrasting characters brought up by very different means, what if one of them goes to the other family's house? Theres a lot to consider, and definitely a lot of potential within

I rather like the family theme, as in summary of what we've been talking so far. The three main characters- Jake, Dejengski and Nat would definitely be very strong characters in either their own, or as a whole. The thing now, for us, would be to, like you mentioned earlier, to outline the plot.
Plot-wise right, I feel that we should write some family drama kinda story. IT would be able to engage the reader very well, and he/she would definitely be able to identify with either of our characters, be it a materalistic person (Jake), someone who's introverted and deindividualistic liek Dejengski, or Nat.
The family drama would then enable us to incorporate more stuffs into the story; not just romance, but action, drama, lovey-dovey stuffs and family ties and bonding can be added into the story too.
That's all I have for now... Not too much insipiration, I'm afraid. Hope you fared better. Til then.
